안녕하세요,

광고를 먼저 올리셨으면,

고용주 회사가 먼저 e-lmo를 받을수 있는 자격이 있는지 승인을 받아야합니다.

이미 고용주가 e-lmo를 받은적이 있거나 승인받은 승인번호가 있다면

이 스텝2는 또 하실필요없고 스텝3으로 넘어가시면 됩니다.

이번 스텝 2에서는 먼저 회사가 e-lmo신청전에 HRSDC에서 승인을 받아야 합니다.

비즈니스데이로 약 5일이 소요되며, 승인이 되면 번호가 발급됩니다. 나중에 그 번호로

e-lmo를 신청하시게 되는 것입니다.

그럼 승인 받는 방법 알려 드릴께요,

How to Apply to Participate in the Expedited Labour Market Opinion Pilot Project

Identify the occupation(s) that interest you and that you may seek future Expedited Labour Market Opinions for.
For example, if you plan on hiring a pharmacist, click on pharmacist and review the conditions of employment that you must offer.

    2. Complete and sign the application form to participate in the Pilot Project, indicating the occupation(s) for which you want to qualify.
       ▶If the occupation(s) selected are not in-line with your principal business activities, Service Canada may ask you to explain why you need these workers.
       ▶For example, if you own a small corner store you would have to demonstrate why you need a full-time specialized cleaner.

3. Attach a copy of the business' remittance forms you received from the Canada Revenue Agency for the past 12 months (PD7A forms).

5. A Service Canada Officer will contact you to confirm! that your application has been received.

6. Service Canada will assess your application and you will receive a letter indicating whether your application was approved or denied. If it is approved, the letter will include an access code and the list of occupations you qualified for.
