매니토바주정부에서는 지역커뮤니티를 위해 자원봉사한 청소년중 추천을 받아 캐나다데이에 청소년상을 주려고 합니다. 관심있는 분들은 아래 글을 읽어보시고 자격이 되는 학생이 있으면 추천을 바랍니다.
Good afternoon,
Please see attached information regarding the Canada Day Youth Award. The deadline for nominations is March 31, 2009.
This Award recognizes young people from across Canada who have made an exceptional contribution to their community through volunteer work. You may wish to review the Award guidelines and submit an application on behalf of a noteworthy youth in your community.

Canada Day Youth Award
Do you know an exceptional young person deserving of the Canada Day Youth Award?
Every year since 1990, the Department of Canadian Heritage recognizes young people from across Canada who have made an exceptional contribution to their community through volunteer work.
Canadian Heritage would like to recognize the contribution of young Manitobans 18 years and younger who exemplify the qualities of citizenship that strengthen our social fabric and enrich our national life. This young person must have made a truly exceptional contribution in any number of areas (suggested minimum of 100 hours of service), such as Community Participation, Promotion of Canadian values, or Sustainable Development Initiatives.
If you know an outstanding young person, we invite you to submit their nomination for the Canada Day Youth Award.
All recipients will receive
a Canada Day Youth Award Certificate from the
Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages
and a gift from the Celebrate Canada Committee for Manitoba!
The deadline for submissions is Tuesday, March 31, 2009.
