REQUIRED: 5-RSVP Participants; Vehicle Park Pass; Water (insulated); Consumables (2-days of food); Clothing carried (change of clothing; extra pair of socks; long sleeve shirt; jacket); Packing (backpack; stuff sack for food); Sleeping (sleeping pad/foam; sleeping bag); Water.
RECOMMENDED: Whistle; Head/neck wear; Extra pair of gloves; Extra shirt & socks; Base layers (long johns/tights; tee-shirt; long-sleeve shirt); Red head light (available onsite); Snacks; Hiking poles; Change of clothes for ride home; Review camping list: https://outdooradventure.org/camping
GROUP ITEMS (provided): Hydration (pot to boil well water); Navigation (GPS; map; compass); Protection (first aid kit; fire kit; whistle; bear banger; flare; location beacon); Repair kit.
OPTIONAL: Hiking Poles (available onsite); Home Shuttle Service ($0.50 KM out of the way; on the way FREE).
We will meet around 8 AM in the Tim Horton's/Esso Gas Station at 34 MB-3, Oak Bluff, MB (corner of McGillivray Blvd and the south-west Perimeter) and leave at 8:30 AM.
At Cabin 3, we will have lunch, then explore the area before supper.
