Therapeutic Massage $50
A therapeutic massage uses a combination of movements including effleurage, kneading, and friction. This traditional Swedish massage loosens tight muscles, soothes sore muscles, increases circulation and improves overall muscle re-balancing.
Complete $50, with Aromatherapy add $10. Partial $35, with Aromatherapy add $5.
Relaxation Massage $50
Let time stand still when you escape for a complete massage that promotes deep relaxation. A variety of movements and long smooth strokes help relax muscles and stimulate the lymphatic and circulatory systems for an overall sense of increased well-being. Reduce the effects of stress and restore balance to mind and body.

BODY WORK
Raindrop Massage $75
Therapeutic grade essential oils are dispensed like drops of rain along the spine to promote the body's ability to heal itself. A relaxing back massage follows the raindrop procedure. We end with the application of hot moist compresses on the spine to enhance essential oil absorption and relaxation. A truly heavenly experience!
Hot Stone Therapy $70
Let all of life's stresses slip away with this century old treatment. Aromatic oils and heated, smooth, flat stones are used for a massage that provides penetrating warmth for tired muscles, erases tension, and melts away stress.
Reflexology $50
Restore balance to your body in a natural drug-free way through the ancient practice of working the reflex points on the feet or hands. This relaxing treatment relieves stress and improves circulation, with the added benefits of therapeutic grade essential oils.

Reiki $50
A light, relaxing hands on treatment that aids in balancing the body's energy and enhances its ability to heal itself.
Manitou Salt Glow $70
Using our own Manitou Mineral salt, we offer this truly exquisite whole body treatment. This exfoliation removes dull surface skin cells, improves circulation, and nourishes the skin with trace minerals, leaving you with softer, smoother, more radiant skin. Our procedure involves dry skin brushing, salt application, and final moisturizing application.
Manitou Mud Wrap $70
The application of Manitou Mineral Mud has a firming and detoxifying effect that re-mineralizes the skin, soothes the muscles and improves circulation. Our procedure includes dry skin brushing, mud application, thermal wrap and a final moisturizing application.
SPA FACIALS
The usual cleansing, exfoliating, steaming, toning, and moisturizing procedures are performed. Included is a relaxing massage on the face, neck and shoulders (Gentlemen welcome too!). Your choice of Mud or Algae Masks:
Manitou Mud Mask - firming, detoxifying and rich in minerals (for all skin types) $55
Sensitive Mask - relieving, soothing and rich in vitamin A, B, and E (for sensitive skin) $70
Reaffirming Mask - detoxifying, absorbent, and moisturizing (for mixed and oily skin) $70

Back Treatment $70
This relaxing treatment aids any skin problem on the back. Whether you are troubled with breakouts or just dry, itchy skin, this is an excellent therapy. The back is cleansed, exfoliated, gently steamed and treated with a corrective Manitou Mud Mask. A soothing back massage is the final step leading to total relaxation.
HAND AND FOOT CARE

Anyone who has had a pedicure will tell you that you haven't lived until you've had one! Our pedicure begins with a botanical footbath infused with Manitou Mineral Salt and essential oils to soften a refresh tired feet. Toenails are trimmed, heels are buffed and smoothed, and feet and lower legs are massaged. Includes matt buffing (Gentlemen!) or regular polish application.
