매니토바주의 추운 겨울날씨에 대한 상념 하나

이제 며칠밖에 남아있지않는 2009년을 돌이켜 생각해 보니 올해는 날씨가 지난 몇년과는 많이 달랐던 것 같습니다.

특히 봄에는 눈이 녹으면서 불어난 물로 홍수와 침수로 난리법석을 떨었고, 여름에는 뜨거운 햇빛도 제대로 쬐지못하고 비와 함께 서늘한 날씨속에서 보냈고, 가을에는 예년과 다르게 좀 덥고 겨울도 한달은 늦게 왔지만 며칠만에 영상에서 영하로 기온이 뚝 떨어지다보니 저도 그렇지만 변한 환경에 적응을 못하는 사람들이 무척 많은 것 같습니다.

오늘 위니펙 프레스에 이번 주말 일기예보를 보니 댓글이 여러개 달려 있는데, 만약에 우리 인간이 어떤방법으로도 기후를 바꿀 수 없다면 그냥 주변 환경에 적응을 하고 그 상태를 즐기는 것이 좋지않을까하는 의견이 있어서 우리 교민분들에게 도움이 되는 댓글을 몇 개 가져왔습니다. 결론을 말하자면, 매일 날씨 불평을 하지말고 추위를 즐기자는 말밖에는 할 것이 없겠네요. ^^

I have no sympathy for those who wear the little thin fall time mitts and cover their ears while wearing a jacket that bearly reaches down to their low rise jeans. "I love the sunny skies ,and the cold weather makes me remember who I am! It wakes me up for work. When It's warm I am tired all the time. I would never go south this time of year! When the snow comes ,it will feel like Cristmas... I did all my Cristmas shopping already and everything is wrapped and under the tree. I put my tree up in October to save time. Just 14 more days!
